Comfort Advisors

Comfort Advisors (Sales) are key to the Hess Air team. We provide qualified leads, and no overnight travel is necessary. Sales experience is a must. However, if you don’t have experience and are willing to pay for your own Hess Air approved training, you could be generating income within 6 to 10 weeks in this dynamic career. Our Sales personnel usually earn from the low $30s to the high $80s, with the opportunity to earn greater income for those who “go for the gold.”


Accounting/Bookkeeper, Office Administrators, And Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

For people without training or work experience who want to enter the HVAC fields of Technician or Sales, a Hess Air approved training program is available for those willing to invest in themselves. Depending upon the program selected, the applicant’s investment may range from $1,800 to $2,500. Motivated people who acquire this training can be working in a new marketable career, generating income within 6 to 10 weeks. Many find that they recoup their investment in as little as three months on the job.
